Bell & Bell GMC is building a high-performance Business Development Center and wants confident, energetic people who can turn conversations into appointments.

This is not a job for someone who simply wants to answer emails. We want people who will pick up the phone, follow up, overcome objections and ask for the appointment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond quickly to internet and website leads
• Make outbound calls, texts and emails
• Build rapport, handle objections and set quality appointments
• Confirm appointments, reduce no-shows and re-engage customers
• Maintain accurate CRM follow-up
• Work with sales managers to turn opportunities into SOLD vehicles
