We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing dealership team. What You'll Do

As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create an exceptional experience from their first inquiry to their dealership visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond promptly to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and identify their vehicle or service needs.
• Schedule appointments for sales consultations, test drives, and service visits.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all communications in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support dealership marketing campaigns by contacting and nurturing leads from multiple sources.
• Track activity and provide regular reports on lead performance, appointments, and follow-up efforts.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Previous BDC, customer service, call center, sales, or automotive experience is a plus-but we're willing to train the right person!
