Greeting and making each guest sitting at the bar feel welcome. Taking initial food and drink order in a timely and accurate manner. Delivering food and drink in a timely manner. Efficiently and accurately tendering all transactions in accordance with island View Casino’s standard operating procedures. Maintainingan accurate knowledge of the menu and all specials and seasonal items.
Must have excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for seating guest in the restaurant according to the rotation requirements. Ability to maintain proper seating and reservations documentation.
