Pay Rate: $35.00+/hour

Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time

Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)

About the Role

As a Behavior Consultant within our IBHS program, youll have the opportunity to work directly with children, youth, and families, helping them build skills, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful goals. We welcome:

  • Fully licensed Behavior Specialists, and
  • Unlicensed LBS/BSL candidates with a Master's degree, provided LBS or BSL certification is obtained/maintained as required.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and initial client evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
  • Provide behavioral consultation and guidance to children, families, schools, and other caregivers.
  • Collaborate with Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective treatment implementation.
  • Deliver high-quality mobile behavioral health services in homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and outcome measurement tools.
  • Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and behavioral stabilization services as needed.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, reauthorizations, and discharge summaries.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
  • Ensure services are provided in accordance with DHS regulations, agency policies, and best-practice standards.

What Were Looking For:

  • Masters degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, or a closely related field
  • At least one year of full‑time experience providing mental or behavioral health services to children, youth, or young adults
  • License or Certification preferred, but not required
  • Clearances: PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History Clearance, FBI Fingerprinting, Verification of non‑exclusion from Medicaid/Medicare programs
