Seeking a Behavioral Program Manager to lead onsite autism therapy programs, supervise staff, and develop clinical plans. This role requires a completed Master’s in a relevant field, with BCBA in progress preferred, strong ABA and management skills, and excellent communication. The position involves driving 30-60 miles daily and supervising sessions between 8AM-6PM on weekdays, with occasional weekends.
