Behavior Technician – ABA / AutismIndustry: Behavioral Health / ABA / Autism ServicesLocation: Lancaster 93535– In-Home ServicesWork Arrangement: In-Person / In-HomePay: Up to $26.00 per hourEmployment Type: Part-TimeSchedule: Flexible afternoons, evenings, and weekendsAbout the OpportunityNoble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities.No prior ABA experience required – paid training provided!The Behavior Technician is responsible for providing individualized, one-on-one behavioral support to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in their homes.Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and document behavioral data, support skill development, and assist families in reinforcing positive behaviors.The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
