Behavior Technician (Bt) - Nashua, NH

Pay: $24–$26.50/hourFull-time schedule: Monday–Friday, eight-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.Part-time schedule: Monday–Friday afternoonsSettings: Home, clinic, and/or school, depending on the assignmentTraining: Support toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Help children build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work with a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth.

What you’ll do

• Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
• Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
• Record accurate data on client progress.
• Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend scheduled sessions, staff meetings, and training.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

What you’ll need

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An interest in working with children and helping them build new skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to assigned sessions.

Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome. RBT certification is preferred, but it is not required to apply for the BT position.
