Core Responsibilities Implement Treatment Plans: Execute behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans created by a BCBA. Collect Data: Accurately record and track client behavior, progress, and daily session notes. Teach Skills: Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills through play and structured activities. Manage Behavior: Provide compassionate support and use positive behavior strategies during challenging moments.

Qualifications & Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is often preferred. Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is frequently preferred or required shortly after hiring. Skills: Strong communication, patience, empathy, and the physical ability to actively engage with clients.
