    Job Description

    Behavior Technician- Paid RBT

Build Skills. Build Confidence. Build a Career.

At AB Spectrum, we believe therapy should feel meaningful, engaging, and fun—for the children we serve and the people who work with them.

We provide specialized ReggioABA therapy for children ages 1–6, combining evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a child-led, play-based environment inspired by Reggio Emilia.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll play an important role in helping children develop communication, social, independence, and daily living skills while building meaningful relationships along the way.

    Your Role:

Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll provide individualized, 1:1 ABA therapy and help children work toward meaningful developmental goals.

    Your day may include:

    • Teaching communication and language skills
    • Building social and play skills
    • Supporting independence and daily living skills
    • Working on feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene
    • Helping children navigate challenging moments
    • Collecting data and tracking progress
    • Following individualized treatment plans
    • Creating learning opportunities through play
    • Celebrating small—and big—milestones

This is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend your day playing, moving, teaching, learning, and engaging with children rather than sitting behind a desk.

Our ReggioABA approach encourages you to get involved, follow the child's interests, and turn everyday moments into opportunities for learning.

    What Makes AB Spectrum Different?

You'll work alongside BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, Center Administrators, and other team members in a collaborative environment.

    Music facilitators
    Story time
