What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior plans utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Provide training to staff and caregivers Monitor the implementation of behavior plans, evaluate effectiveness, and make revisions as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Empower individuals with disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives
What You Bring Active BCBA, LCPC, LCSW-C, or Registered Psychology Associate — REQUIRED Minimum 1 year writing behavior support plans Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks Physical ability to meet role requirements Willingness to attend an initial Orientation (M-F, 8:30AM - 5:00PM)
