This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC). As the largest nonprofit provider of behavioral healthcare in the nation, Sheppard Pratt teams with health care systems across the country so they can provide the highest quality acute psychiatric services in their community.
What to expect.
The Behavioral Health Care Manager position is formaster’s-level, licensed clinicians. This position will join outpatient teams as a behavioral health care manager with Sheppard Pratt’s Collaborative Care Program at an assigned practice location. The Behavioral Health Care Manager will provide clinical care in collaboration with primary care providers and consulting psychiatrists. Care will consist of brief counseling, coordinating treatment, and providing proactive follow-up to treatment response utilizing a collaborative care approach.

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, or related field.
The pay range for this position is $65,000 minimum to $83,000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, board certifications and years and level of related experience. Care provided in both virtual/telehealth and face-to-face visit formats based on the needs of the client and host practices. Behavioral Health Care Managers may telecommute up to 3 days per week, with 2 days on-site.
