You are a frontline member of the PRC care team. You support adult clients through structured recovery programming — maintaining safety, accountability, and a therapeutic environment from the moment your shift starts. This role requires calm under pressure, strong documentation habits, and genuine commitment to the people you serve.

What You'll Do
Supervise and support adult clients throughout daily programming
Conduct regular headcounts, rounds, and safety checks
Collect and document urine drug screens in accordance with policy
Complete shift notes, room checks, incident reports, and behavior documentation accurately and on time
Maintain cleanliness and order of all shared program spaces
Enforce program rules with professionalism and respect — firm, never punitive
Collaborate with therapists, medical staff, and leadership across shifts
Participate in team meetings and shift-change debriefs
Escort clients to appointments or activities as needed
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as a BHT or in a similar direct care role
Experience working with adult clients in a substance use treatment setting
Strong documentation habits — shift notes, incident reports, and UA logs completed accurately and on time
Calm, boundaries, and professional under pressure
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CPR/First Aid certified or able to obtain upon hire
High school diploma or GED required
Eligible for Level II background screening and drug test
Available full-time for Tuesday–Saturday schedule
