About the Role:
- Pay: $22 - $27/HR (dependent on education and experience in the field or related industry).
- Schedule: Part Time (with the potential to reach Full Time), weekdays 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

As a Behavior Interventionist at Building Connections Behavioral Health, you’ll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children and teens (ages 0-21) in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll help build independence, teach essential life skills, and support families every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide individualized ABA therapy at home, in schools, or in the community.
- Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills.
- Implement behavior support plans and track client progress.
- Play, engage, and celebrate every milestone with your clients.
- Collaborate with families and provide parent education.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Preferred: RBT certification & experience with children on the autism spectrum (willingness to get RBT within 90 days).
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in a related field.
- Passion for helping children succeed and grow.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years).
