    Requirements:

    • Board Certification: BC
    • Active MI License
    • Required Certifications: BLS/DEA/CSR/CDS
    • Fellowship Requirements: Behavioral Neurology Fellowship 
    • 4+ years as a behavioral/cognitive neurologist
    • Previous management experience
    • ACGME/AOA approved Neurology Residency
