    Schedule: Flexible; mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Bell Person to join our Front Office team.
     
    The Bell Person plays an important role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. This position is responsible for assisting guests with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and services, assisting with transportation and guest requests, and maintaining a welcoming and professional presence throughout the hotel.
     
    The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and understands the importance of anticipating guest needs and creating memorable hospitality experiences.
    What You’ll Do
    Guest Service & Luggage Assistance
    • Welcome arriving and departing guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Assist guests with luggage upon arrival, departure, and room changes.
    • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features, hotel amenities, and available services.
    • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide personalized assistance.
    • Assist guests with directions, transportation information, and local area recommendations.
    • Handle luggage carefully and ensure it is delivered to the correct guest and room.
    • Assist with special requests to enhance the overall guest experience.
    • Maintain a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence in guest areas.
    Hotel Operations
    • Coordinate with the Front Desk team to assist with guest arrivals, departures, and luggage storage.
    • Communicate guest requests and concerns to the appropriate hotel departments.
    • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval in accordance with hotel procedures.
    • Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the lobby, entrance, and bell stand.
    • Assist with managing the hotel entrance and welcoming guests during busy periods.
    • Support hotel operations and special guest arrangements as needed.
    • Follow established procedures for handling guest belongings and maintaining security.
    Communication & Teamwork
    • Work closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Valet, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and hotel leadership.
    • Assist other team members when needed to support daily operations.
    • Maintain awareness of arriving groups, VIP guests, and special events.
    • Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
    Safety & Standards
    • Follow Marriott brand standards, hotel policies, and established service procedures.
    • Protect guest privacy and confidential information.
    • Handle guest luggage and personal belongings with care.
    • Follow hotel safety procedures and report potential hazards promptly.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
    • Demonstrate proper lifting techniques and follow workplace safety guidelines.
