Bellman

Overview:As a Bellman, you will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage, meeting and greeting guests upon arrival and departure, assisting the front desk staff and concierge, as well as providing lobby door coverage.Responsibilities:

Greeting arriving guests and retrieving their luggageTransporting departing guests' luggage from their room to the lobbyEnsure that the guest has verified the retrieval of all their luggageAssist with keeping lobby area clean and orderlyEnsure that luggage has been stored safely according to prescribed proceduresBe fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotelProvide gracious, attentive, and friendly serviceAssist with Valet operationsOther duties as required

Qualifications:Years of Experience: Entry LevelLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
