Location: Carlsbad, CA
Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Shift: Hybrid work schedule with a mix of in-office and remote work (typically 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years of employee benefits experience within a consulting or brokerage environment
- Strong knowledge of group benefits programs for organizations with 25+ employees
- Deep understanding of employee benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends
- Experience with Ease and Employee Navigator platforms, including portal setup and administration
- California Life & Health License required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary benefits products
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and develop solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to work collaboratively while confidently providing strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on employee benefits programs and long-term benefits strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Partner with brokers, carriers, TPAs, vendors, and HR teams to design and implement competitive benefits plans
- Manage benefit plan renewals, pricing discussions, and ongoing account service needs
- Advocate for clients by coordinating solutions and ensuring high levels of service from carriers and vendors
- Lead client meetings, presentations, open enrollment sessions, and employee education webinars
- Provide training and support to HR teams on benefits administration and plan management
- Help clients navigate compliance requirements and industry regulations
- Analyze medical, prescription, and ancillary benefit offerings to provide strategic recommendations
- Identify opportunities to enhance client benefits packages through additional products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and achieve account objectives
