Benefits Account Manager

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Benefits Account Manager to join their client's exceptional team in Carlsbad. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in managing benefits accounts and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing client benefit accounts, ensuring all services are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to benefits plans.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their benefits needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
• Coordinating with insurance carriers and third-party vendors to manage client benefits effectively.
• Conducting regular reviews of benefit plans and making recommendations for improvements or changes.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and staying updated on industry trends and changes.
• Preparing and presenting reports to clients, detailing the performance and status of their benefits accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing benefits accounts, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, insurance policies, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using benefits administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday8am - 5pm

Pay:

$30 - 40 per hour
