Benefits Administrator - ADP Workforce Now

We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to assist with a special project for a large, multi-location organization. This position will focus heavily on reviewing, analyzing, updating, and correcting employee information within ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Review employee and benefits information in ADP Workforce Now for accuracy and completeness

• Analyze employee records to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information

• Update and correct employee data within ADP Workforce Now

• Research discrepancies and ensure information is accurately documented

• Assist with benefits-related data cleanup and special projects

• Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive employee information

Qualifications

• Previous ADP Workforce Now experience required

• Benefits administration, HR, payroll, or HRIS experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Comfortable reviewing and analyzing large amounts of employee information

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Position Details

• Assignment Length: 3-6+ months, possibly longer

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

• Employment Type: Temporary

Pay Details: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour
