Pay Rate: $80.00-$100.00 Duration: ASAP – 3 months Work Mode: Remote Summary: Manage and implement the company’s employee benefits programs. Ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefits offerings. Support employee well-being and align benefits with organizational goals. Responsibilities: Manage U.S. employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave programs. Evaluate and benchmark benefits offerings to remain competitive in the market. Oversee benefits enrollment processes and employee communications. Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA). Analyze benefits utilization and costs; recommend improvements and cost-saving strategies. Lead annual open enrollment and benefits education initiatives. Resolve employee benefits issues and provide guidance on plan options. Collaborate with People Business Partners, payroll, finance, and accounting teams to ensure accurate administration. Maintain benefits documentation, policies, and reporting. Requirements: 5 years’ experience managing benefits programs for a 1000 employee organization.A
