Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Benefits Manager for their Lincoln, NE location.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field (required)
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in benefits management and day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs (required)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising others (required)
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certification (preferred)
- Healthcare industry experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of health and welfare benefit plans and retirement plans
- Experience with pension benefits, ACA compliance, 401K process, flexible spending, COBRA, and benefit enrollment
- Experience with SharePoint
