Benefits Manager | Legacy Lifecare
$85,000 - $117,000/annually, based on experience
Full-Time | 30hrs per week | 9:30AM - 4:00PM

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Maintain accurate benefits and employee information within ADP, ensuring timely updates related to enrollments, qualifying life events, eligibility, and terminations.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications, serving as a resource for employees and managers regarding plan options, eligibility, and benefit-related questions.
- Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues, billing discrepancies, claims questions, and other benefits-related concerns.
- Utilize benefits technology and reporting tools to maintain accurate records and support benefits administration
Qualifications for Success:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelors in Business, Human Resources, or other relatable field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Hands-on ADP experience required. Employee Navigator experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
