We are hiring a Junior to Mid-Level Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our team and help deliver battery energy storage system (BESS) projects supporting data centers.
Key responsibilities
Manage pre-construction activities for large-scale BESS and data center infrastructure projects
Guide projects through Notice to Proceed (NTP) and into execution phases
Support the delivery of next-generation energy storage projects
Requirements - education & experience
PMP certification
Prior experience taking projects through NTP (Notice to Proceed)
Strong project management fundamentals
Experience in BESS, power, or energy infrastructure (preferred)
Required skills
Project management expertise
Ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects
Ownership mentality and eagerness to grow
