BI - Data Engineer

Location: Florida (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Design Dashboards: Build and manage interactive dashboards and visual reports using Google's Looker
• Analyze Data: Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and study data from multiple databases and sources.
• Track Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Teams: Meet with business leaders to understand their goals and turn needs into technical reporting solutions.
• Ensure Data Quality: Validate data integrity and fix errors before sharing findings with company executives.
• Present Insights: Share findings through clear presentations and strategic recommendations for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Tools: Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization using Google's Looker. Additional familiarity with Excel, Python, or R is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to spot trends, risks, and hidden patterns in big data sets.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical numbers to non-technical leaders.

The pay range for this role is $120k - $130k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
