Job Description
 
Role: BI Designer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Type: Long-term Contract
 
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BI Designer with expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, particularly in designing and optimizing data pipelines for analytics and data processing.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data manipulation and pipeline development.
• Expertise in Cloud platforms such as AWS (Redshift, S3, Lambda, Glue) or Azure (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake).
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses), and best practices for designing scalable, high-performance data systems.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with a focus on creating interactive reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance in BI and cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
