Essential Responsibilities
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Welcome and assist new associates during onboarding and training.
- Reinforce company policies, food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards.
- Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions and directing concerns to the appropriate department.
- Monitor production areas to encourage safe work practices and compliance with company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational needs.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives.
- Support production teams by ensuring work areas remain clean, organized, and efficient.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete assigned administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, customer service, or a leadership role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Bilingual in Spanish
