    • Collaborate closely with sales teams for bid support and customer demos, coordinate with global headquarters engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues, and provide structured feedback on product performance and local technical requirements.

    Requirements

    • Hold a Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in motion control, servo systems, PLC programming, or machine commissioning.
    • Proficient in industrial control systems including servo drives/motors, PLCs, HMIs, fieldbuses (EtherCAT, CANopen), and automation software tools; experience with machine builders or automation integrators is preferred.
    • Possess strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on debugging experience, and the capability to clearly explain technical concepts to engineers, distributors, and end users.
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin is highly preferred, enabling direct work communication with the headquarters' technical team; skilled in cross-border, multicultural teamwork and communication.
