Summary
The Ricci Team is looking for a motivated, client-focused Bilingual Buyer’s Agent to join our White Plains, NY real estate office. This position is well suited for a personable professional who can confidently lead buyers through every stage of the home-purchasing process while developing lasting relationships with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
- Guide buyers through the home search, selection, and purchasing process from initial consultation through closing.
- Conduct buyer consultations to understand clients’ needs, preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify suitable properties, schedule showings, and provide knowledgeable guidance on neighborhoods, market conditions, and property values.
- Communicate fluently with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear and responsive service throughout the transaction.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate purchase terms, and coordinate with listing agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other transaction professionals.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow up consistently, and manage transaction milestones using the team’s systems and processes.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, referrals, networking, and ongoing follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active real estate license in New York or the ability to obtain one
- Previous experience in residential real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of the White Plains and surrounding Westchester County real estate markets preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and guide clients through the home-buying process
- Strong negotiation, organization, time-management, and follow-up skills
- Professional, client-focused, and committed to providing an exceptional buying experience
- Comfortable using real estate technology, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, email, and social media
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with The Ricci Team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the service area
