Compensation: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote)

TAG MedStaffing is hiring Bilingual Community Support Specialists in New York, NY for our client, providing outreach, client support, service coordination, and resource assistance within a healthcare environment. This role will communicate with individuals to identify needs, provide information and support, coordinate access to available services, and maintain accurate documentation and follow-up. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer service, social services, healthcare support, community outreach, care coordination, or related experience and is fully fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities as the Bilingual Community Support Specialist:

• Client Outreach: Manage inbound and outbound communications while providing responsive support, information, and guidance to individuals.
• Client Support: Communicate with individuals to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Resource Support: Provide information about available healthcare, social services, and community resources.
• Service Coordination: Support ongoing client needs while coordinating information, communication, and appropriate follow-up.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and service-related information within electronic systems.
• Compliance: Handle confidential information in accordance with applicable healthcare, privacy, and organizational requirements.

Qualifications for the Bilingual Community Support Specialist:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of customer service, social services, healthcare support, community outreach, human services, or related experience is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting individuals in a service-oriented environment is required, with healthcare, social services, community services, or human services experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer and electronic documentation skills are required, with experience using CRM, case management, or related business systems preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required, along with strong communication, organizational, empathy, client service, attention to detail, and workload management skills.
