BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our insurance agency is growing, and were looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our outstanding team!

We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Previous insurance industry experience is preferred but not required. An active insurance license is a plus, but it is not mandatory for this position.

Spanish, or Portuguese fluency is required, besides excellent English skills. Candidate must be authorized to work in US, no visa or sponsorship will be provided.

Salary Range: $3200.00 per month

Monthly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries over the phone, or walk-ins.;
• Pro-active customer maintenance calls (collections, renewals, pending docs);
• Documentation management;
• Sales;

- Fluency in Portuguese, or Spanish is required, besides excellent English skills;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Strong organization and documentation skills;

- Customer service skills;

- Availability to commute to the office in Philadelphia, this is not a remote position.
