Bilingual Customer Service

LHH Recruitment is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a growing team near Tempe! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating professionally, and providing excellent service through phone calls and email. This job is Monday-Friday, and will offer hybrid flexibility after training.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through incoming phone calls and email.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and email correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday during the initial three-month training period.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday-Friday schedule.

• Fully onsite for the first three months of training.

• Some hybrid flexibility may be available after successful completion of training.

• Pay range of $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience.
