Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

No college degree: $19.00 - 19.50 per hour
Associate's degree Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour
Bachelor's degree Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour

This is a fully onsite position in the Irving, TX area. Hybrid schedule may be available after 4-5 months. 

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading and writing fluency in Spanish is not required)
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone throughout the day
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong computer and multitasking skills

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with account-related questions and requests
• Discuss lease-end and payment options with customers
• Verify customer intentions regarding account resolutions
• Communicate with dealerships regarding customer accounts and vehicle returns
• Provide payoff information to customers, dealerships, and insurance companies
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
