Role Overview:
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the Provider Network team. In this role, you will assist Medicaid providers and clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and unbiased support to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program-related inquiries
- Handle inbound calls professionally, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions in the system
- Route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet defined performance, productivity, and attendance standards
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed
- Support additional tasks as assigned by management
