Job Description:

We are looking for entry-level Customer Service Representatives to support customers with account-related inquiries, requests, and issue resolution. This is a high-volume environment requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Bilingual (Spanish preferred) skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
• Assist with account questions and resolve customer issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Follow established processes and procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service, call center, banking, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Must be located in Ohio or meet remote-location requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
