The Opportunity: We seek a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers via inbound calls, offering exceptional service in both English and Spanish. This hybrid role requires working in the Raleigh office at least two days and up to three days remote.
Your Role: Handle inbound calls and emails, research policies across all lines and states, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM and other systems, meet quality and productivity standards, and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications: 2+ years customer service experience, full fluency in Spanish and English, familiarity with insurance or call centers preferred, high school diploma or higher, strong PC skills, and excellent relationship management.
