Seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative in the St. Louis area with a starting wage of $21.50/hr, a $300 hiring bonus, and performance bonuses up to $300/month.

Training occurs Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm for 4 weeks. Second shift options are available, with responsibilities including inbound support via phone and chat, order processing, shipment tracking, and customer inquiries for Access Securepak and Access Corrections.

Requirements include residence in the St. Louis metro area, fluency in English and Spanish, high school diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
