Kevin O. Davis – State Farm Agency in Dallas, Texas, is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join the team.

Our agency is committed to building lasting relationships and helping individuals and families understand their insurance options. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people, we'll welcome your interest—even if you're new to the insurance industry.

You don't need previous insurance experience or an existing insurance license to apply. You must be willing and able to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty insurance license.

What You'll Do

• Help English- and Spanish-speaking customers with insurance questions and service needs
  
• Build positive relationships with customers in person and over the phone
  
• Explain insurance options and help customers understand available coverage
  
• Assist with auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance needs
  
• Respond to questions about policies, billing, coverage, and policy changes
  
• Follow up with customers to help ensure their needs are addressed
  
• Recognize opportunities to help customers review their insurance needs
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency procedures
  
• Work with the team to provide a helpful, professional customer experience

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
  
• Strong communication and listening skills
  
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
  
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and learn new systems
  
• Willing and able to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty insurance license

No previous insurance experience is required!
