In this position, you will handle high-volume inbound calls, capturing and routing critical messages with speed and precision. We operate a strictly inbound call center so there are no sales, telemarketing, or solicitations involved. To ensure your long-term success, we provide complete, hands-on training using our state-of-the-art call processing systems and tools. Bilingual Requirement:Because we serve both English and Spanish speaking caller communities, candidates must demonstrate verbal and written communication in both languages, providing clear translation and message relay as needed.
