Qualifications:

  • Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience handling bodily injury claims and insurance negotiations.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience


Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Fort. Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 9:00am-6:30pm
