Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Bilingual Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to quickly understand and execute established financial processes while contributing to continuous improvement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports and business performance metrics. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Perform expense analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis. Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Assist with month-end close and other accounting and finance activities. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights that support business decisions. Maintain accurate financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis. Bilingual proficiency is required, must speak & write English & Mandarin. Able to quickly understand existing workflows, follow established best practices, and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
CPA certification or active progress toward CPA is preferred. Experience in expense management, cost accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or financial analysis is highly preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Quick learner with the ability to absorb new concepts and apply them effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
