Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator
Austin, TX

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our Austin, TX team.

 

As the first person patients and study participants meet when they arrive, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy clinical research site. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

 

What You'll Do

  • Greet and check in patients and study participants
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Assist with patient intake and registration
  • Maintain accurate records and update participant information
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Support research and administrative staff with clerical tasks
  • Help coordinate patient flow throughout the office
 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with patients both in person and over the phone
  • Proficient with computers and basic office software
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
