Houston Healing Medical PLLC is looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our practice in Houston, TX. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information in the EMR system
• Answer multi-line phone system, route calls, and respond to patient inquiries promptly
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle patient intake forms, consent documents, and medical records requests

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and general computer skills
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office environment
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with a patient-first attitude
