Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and according to training.
- Verify product quality, quantities, and accuracy against order documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and restocking as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures (as applicable to the facility).
Basic Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the Shopify backend for order pulling.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to converse in basic Spanish.
