Key Responsibilities:

  • Review timecards, track attendance, and monitor overtime.

  • Run and distribute attendance, overtime, and HR reports.

  • Communicate attendance policies and concerns with supervisors.

  • Support onboarding and welcome new hires on their first day.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related supervisor inquiries.

  • Coordinate routine HR tasks and ensure timely completion of reports.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality.

  • Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish required.

  • 2+ years of HR, payroll, or related experience preferred.

  • Experience with timekeeping, attendance tracking, or reporting is a plus.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

  • Employment Type: Contract to hire

  • Compensation: $26-31.25/hr.

  • Location: Dallas, TX 75212
