As an HR Assistant and Recruiter, you will be expected to perform the following functions: office/HR/hiring/onboarding administration, supporting recruitment, hiring, and career development; developing, updating, and maintaining policies and databases, preparing reports, maintain all required documentation regarding hiring, onboarding, and employment verification, and policy manuals as required and supporting SRS's hiring needs. Essential functions include but are not limited to the following for Human Resources, Recruitment, and Hiring Liaison positions: Conducting interviews, filtering candidates, and giving feedback to applicants.
