PIPESTONE is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Recruiting Supervisor to help attract, onboard, and support employees across our organization while building strong relationships with team members and farm operations.
What You'll Do
Lead recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations
Coordinate and support new employee onboarding and orientation programs
Monitor and assist with employee mentor programs and retention initiatives
Partner with production teams to support on-farm employee development
Schedule interviews and meetings while supporting HR projects and initiatives
Create and manage job advertisements and recruitment activities
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism
What We're Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
High School Diploma or GED required
Swine industry or agricultural background preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel to various company locations as needed
Ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
