Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Insight Global client is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations at a fast‑paced distribution center in Charlotte, NC. This is a stand‑alone HR role that works closely with a national HR team and reports to the HR Manager for Distribution Centers. The position requires strong floor presence across 1st and 2nd shifts and flexibility to adjust hours as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR contact for all distribution center employees and managersHandle employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actionsSupport onboarding, performance management, training, and development programsConduct weekly payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepanciesMaintain employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentationAssist HR leadership with reporting, research, and data analysisDevelop and implement local HR policies aligned with corporate standardsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsParticipate in special projects as neededOther duties as assignedCore CompetenciesResults orientedStrong interpersonal and relationship‑building skillsHigh integrity and professionalismEffective decision making and problem solvingCollaborative team mindsetCritical thinking and analytical abilityCommitment to continuous learningQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field preferred3–5 years of HR experience, including stand‑alone HR supportWorking knowledge of federal and North Carolina employment lawsExperience with payroll reconciliation, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and performance managementProficient in HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, Paycom preferred) and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and relationship‑building skillsAbility to handle confidential informationFlexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts as neededFully onsite role, Monday through FridayBilingual in English and Spanish required#J-18808-Ljbffr
