Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

Estrella Insurance is an independent insurance agency serving personal and commercial insurance customers. Our Hollywood, Florida office is seeking a dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. Because the majority of our customers speak Spanish, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.

In this position, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, helping them manage their coverage and find policies that fit their needs. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers, and committed to providing courteous, accurate service in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Assist customers with premium payments and policy changes
• Follow up on policy renewals and cancellation notices to help customers maintain continuous coverage
• Prepare insurance quotes for new and existing customers
• Help customers understand their coverage options and address their insurance needs
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency systems

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort using computers and learning new software systems
• Ability to work on-site in our Hollywood, Florida office
• Availability to work some Saturday shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license, which is a plus but not required. Unlicensed candidates will be considered, and training and licensing assistance will be provided
