Bilingual Insurance Office Manager

As a Bilingual Insurance Office Manager with Chargoy Agency, youll help lead an Allstate agency in Irving that has served the community for more than 30 years.

Youll coach and support the sales and service team, monitor KPIs and pipelines, and help team members improve their quoting, follow-up, cross-selling, and closing skills. Youll also oversee daily operations, ensure processes are followed, and work closely with the agency owner to solve problems and improve how the agency operates.

• Lead, coach, and support the sales and service team.
• Monitor sales activity, KPIs, pipelines, and team performance.
• Improve quoting, follow-up, cross-selling, and closing skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.
• Prior P&C insurance experience.
• Strong understanding of personal lines, including auto and home.
• Strong communication, sales, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable with goals and KPIs.
• Positive, solutions-focused approach to leading and supporting others.
