Salary Range: $42000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients in English and Spanish to understand their insurance needs.

Explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely, ensuring clients comprehend their coverage.

Provide personalized insurance quotes tailored to individual circumstances.

Process applications and manage policy documentation accurately.

Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse customer base.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

Active Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).

Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related customer-facing role.

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.

A genuine desire to help others find the right insurance solutions.
